2. Payment Terms

Total Cost: The total cost for the rental is {Amount}.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of {Amount} is required to reserve the equipment.

3. Rental Period and Extensions

4. Cancellations

No-shows: No refund will be issued for a no-show.

5. Renter's Responsibilities

Equipment Care: The Renter is responsible for the rented equipment and its safe use. Any damage, loss, or theft will result in the Renter being charged the full replacement cost.
Cleaning: All trash and personal belongings must be removed from the equipment before return. A cleaning fee of {Amount} will be charged if the equipment is not returned in a reasonably clean condition.
Setup and Takedown: The Renter is responsible for setup and takedown of the equipment, unless setup services are explicitly included in the rental agreement.

6. Liability and Indemnification

The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from the use of the equipment.
The Renter is responsible for securing any necessary insurance for the event.

7. Other Provisions

Delivery and Pickup: Delivery and pickup times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or traffic delays.
Use of Equipment: The equipment is intended for its original purpose only. Any misuse of the equipment may result in termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of {State}.
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
